Transfer of funds back to the sender when a deposit cannot be processed due to incorrect details
A monthly holding fee will apply to unaccounted funds if they cannot be credited or returned to the customer account due to incorrect or incomplete details

Enhanced monitoring fee if the client has not provided the requested documentation for standard due diligence²
¹The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 50. When the available funds in the account are less than EUR 50 and no funds are assigned to an active investment, the entire amount in a single transaction can be withdrawn.
²Clients who fail to provide the requested documentation for standard due diligence within the specified timeframe may be subject to enhanced monitoring procedures. As a result, a fee of 2% per month (minimum EUR 30) may be charged to the client’s account to cover the costs of manual account monitoring, ongoing risk assessment, and compliance oversight. Fee effective starting 1 August, 2026.
