At VIAINVEST, our goal is to keep investors informed by regularly sharing insights from our loan originators. This Q2 2026 overview summarises key developments across markets, including portfolio growth, lending activity, portfolio quality and operational initiatives.

Latvia

The VIA SMS Latvia loan portfolio grew steadily in Q2 2026. The net portfolio increased by 2.1% to €50.4 million, while loan volume rose by 5.7% to €17.7 million, following the seasonal decline in Q1.

Credit quality remained broadly stable. Loans overdue by more than 90 days increased by 8.7% to €80.0 thousand. This was partly due to customers with adjusted repayment schedules who remain classified in the 90+ days category despite making payments under their revised terms. Overall, the level of overdue loans remains low relative to the total portfolio.

The Latvian business continues to demonstrate balanced development, with a focus on maintaining portfolio quality while supporting sustainable lending volumes.

During the quarter, the implementation of the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system entered its final stage. The rollout is now expected in Q3 or Q4 2026 and is intended to support further improvements in customer management and operational processes.

Czech Republic

The ViaSMS Czechia loan portfolio continued its strong growth trajectory in Q2 2026. Loan volume rose by 21.8% from Q1 to €2.0 million, while the net portfolio expanded by 25.1% to €4.6 million.

Loans overdue by more than 90 days increased by 29.2% to €1.7 million. This increase reflects both the rapid growth of the portfolio and the ageing of loans issued in previous periods.

During the quarter, additional risk policy improvements were introduced to strengthen credit quality and help reduce future default risk.

The loan originator remains focused on balancing further business growth with disciplined risk management and sustainable portfolio performance.

Sweden

Viaconto Sweden maintained broadly stable operational activity in Q2 2026. However, the depreciation of the Swedish krona against the euro affected the reported figures. In euro terms, the net portfolio decreased by 4.7% to €17.4 million, while loan volume declined by 3.8% to €6.0 million.

Credit quality improved during the quarter, with loans overdue by more than 90 days falling by 26.0% to €1.2 million. This decline was supported by customer repayments, active portfolio management and the continued sale of overdue receivables.

Overall operational activity remained stable despite the negative currency translation effect. The business will continue to focus on maintaining portfolio quality, supporting existing customers and preparing for planned regulatory and operational developments.

At the same time, loans overdue by more than 90 days fell 3.1% to €1.16 million. Although the level remains elevated relative to the current net portfolio, the quarterly decrease is a positive development.

During the quarter, the Romanian loan originator continued to improve the customer registration process and acceptance rates. These initiatives are intended to support further sales growth while maintaining a responsible approach to portfolio development and credit quality.
