Some updates are small. This one is not. After months of planning, development, testing, and improvements, the new VIAINVEST website and investor dashboard are now live.
Over the past 10 years, VIAINVEST has continued to grow alongside its investors. As the platform has evolved, so have the expectations of our investor community. The latest update is a natural next step, with a focus on improving usability while creating a solid foundation for future development.
Built with this evolution in mind
This is one of the largest updates to the platform since VIAINVEST was launched. The update introduces a refreshed design, improved structure, and a more intuitive experience across the entire platform.
Whether exploring information on the website or managing investments in the investor dashboard, every part of the platform has been designed to make the experience simpler, faster, and easier to navigate.
For existing investors, this means a more modern and convenient way to access their account, manage investments, and find the information they need.
For new investors, it provides a clearer introduction to VIAINVEST, our investment opportunities, and the tools available to help them get started with confidence.
Website
The website has been redesigned with a clearer structure, making it easier for investors, partners, and media representatives to find the information they are looking for. Navigation has been simplified, content is better organised, and important resources are easier to access.
We have also introduced a new Learn section with practical articles about using VIAINVEST, investing, account security, and other related topics. New content will be added regularly to help both new and existing investors make the most of the platform.
The FAQ section now features live search, making it quicker to find answers to common questions. Both news articles and FAQ entries also include a feedback option, allowing users to let us know whether the information was helpful and helping us continue to improve our content.
A Performance Tool will be introduced soon, allowing investors to explore historical performance data and plan investments with greater confidence.
The website is currently available in English and Latvian, with additional languages planned in the future.
Our new website is powered by renewable energy sources or carbon offsetting programs in place.
Investor dashboard
The investor dashboard has also been reworked to deliver a faster and more intuitive experience across both desktop and mobile devices.
The new dashboard is built around personalization concept and gives investors greater flexibility in how they view account information, investment data, and receive platform updates. In upcoming updates, users will be able to customise dashboard to match their preferences, making the dashboard easier to adapt to individual needs.
Planned additions include more informative dashboard cards, investment and account widgets, a notification centre, a support centre, a tax information centre, and other enhancements.
Improved account security
VIAINVEST continuously works to protect investor accounts, security is a shared responsibility, but account security should also be proactive. That is why we are introducing new tools to help you better protect your account.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is now available for all investors, adding an extra layer of security when signing in to your account.
