Kā tiek apstrādāti mani dati?
VIAINVEST garantē personas datu neizpaušanu un drošību, ievērojot virki ar tehniskiem un cilvēkresursu organizatoriskiem procesiem. Tiek nodrošināta personas datu fiziskā un vides drošība, ierobežojot piekļuves tiesības klienta personas datiem, nododot klienta personas datus šifrētā veidā, nodrošinot datortīklu personīgo ierīču aizsardzību. Nepārtraukti tiek veikta datu dublēšana un citi aizsardzības pasākumi, tādējādi nodrošinot klienta personas datu aizsardzību pret nelikumīgu piekļuvi, to izmantošanu vai izpaušanu. VIAINVEST neizpaudīs vairāk klienta personas datu, nekā tas ir nepieciešams izpaušanas mērķim un saskaņā ar normatīvajiem aktiem.
Visa informācija, ko klients sniedz VIAINVEST platformā, tiek droši glabāta šifrētā veidā VIAINVEST serveros vai platformas partneru serveros. Kopumā VIAINVEST glabā AML pārbaužu ietvaros sniegtos klienta datus vismaz 5 (piecus) gadus pēc darījuma attiecību izbeigšanas vai gadījuma darījuma veikšanas saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas Noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas un terorisma finansēšanas novēršanas likuma 37. panta 2. punktu.
Personas dati tiek glabāti vēl 5 (piecus) gadus, pamatojoties uz VIAINVEST tiesiskajām interesēm, saskaņā ar parasto noilguma termiņu iespējamo juridisko prasību gadījumā.

Two component compensation model: monthly interest rate plus bonus at the end of the agreement if sales revenue exceeds the set threshold. Investor’s total interest income depends on the rent yield. Rent yield is the return a property investor is likely to achieve on a property through rent, which is calculated by dividing net annual property rental income by the value of the property and multiplied by 100 to get the percentage. Rent yield will be calculated at the end of the agreement and paid to the investors according to the threshold provided in the table below. Fixed interest of 8% is paid to the investor on a monthly basis. Namely if the total rent yield will reach 5.25%, effective interest income will reach 10%, the difference will be paid out at the end of the agreement.
